This is a great time to look for clearance items as most stores will be trying to get rid of their summer inventory. Many will also have have large percentages off and buy one get one free sales.
How will the recession affect the 2009 back-to-school season? The recession of 2009 is already claimed many victims and may affect some inventory that current stores will have in stock. Many of the stores may have all their sale items up front to bring customers and their popular regular priced items in view to catch impulse buyers.
